KitchenKit is developed and maintained by Ostensible Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and aim to keep this policy clear and simple.

2. Data on Your Device

KitchenKit is built so your data stays with you.

All user-generated data--such as your pantry contents and grocery information--is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, securely synced through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services using your Apple ID.

We do not have access to this content and cannot view, modify, or share it. You control it entirely through your device and iCloud settings.

3. Analytics

To understand how people use KitchenKit and to improve the app, we collect basic, privacy-first analytics.

These analytics are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you personally. We only see aggregated patterns such as:

• Which app version is installed
• The types of devices and OS versions used
• How often certain app features get used
• How often errors occur

We do not collect your name, email address, or contact details, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our app or legal obligations evolve. The latest version will always be available on our website and within the App Store listing.
